4. Legal basis and purpose of Personal Identifiable Information processing

According to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, the legal basis for processing Personal Identifiable Information is

By filling in the contact information, the submitter of the tender request agrees to the processing of the Personal Identifiable Information contained in it. Using the application for processing bid requests and preparing bids is based on an agreement on the right of use. The potentially unique network traffic recorded by the application is based on a legitimate interest in investigating possible abuses. The purpose of processing Personal Identifiable Information is to forward requests for offers to importers and retailers and to communicate with customers.

The information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Data content of the register

The information stored in the register for the users of the application are person's name, position, company/organization, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), website addresses, IP address of the network connection, credentials/profiles in social media services, information about ordered services and their changes, billing information, other information related to the customer relationship and ordered services.

For users of the request for quotation section, the information to be stored in the register is the contact information given in the request for quotation. Typically, the person's name, position, company/organization, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), website addresses, IP address of the network connection, and credentials/profiles in social media services.

The information of the submitter of the tender request will be kept for the duration of the tender request period and for 6 months afterward in order to investigate abuses. After that, the data is anonymized.

IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the functions of the service are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, e.g., to take care of information security and for the collection of statistical data of website visitors in those cases when they can be considered as Personal Identifiable Information. If necessary, consent is requested separately for third-party cookies.

6. Regular sources of information

The information to be saved in the register is obtained from the customer, e.g., From messages sent via web forms, by e-mail, by phone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer gives out their information.

7. Regular transfers of data and transfer of data outside the EU or EEA

Information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Information can be published to the extent agreed with the customer.

The controller does not transfer data to outside the EU and EEA.

8. Use of cookies

The online service does not use cookies.

9. Register protection principles

Care is taken when processing the register, and the information processed with the help of information systems is properly protected. Communication is protected by encryption. The data is stored in online services strictly limited by access rights, and their processing only takes place for the purpose of use.

10. Rights of the data subject

The registered person has the right to check the information entered in the register about him, to demand the correction of incorrect information, and to rely on his rights protected by law. The processing of Personal Identifiable Information is based on the consent given by the data subject, and the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time and to request the deletion of the data in question.

A person who wants to check, correct or delete information about himself must reliably prove his identity, for example, with a handwritten or electronically signed certificate.
